A real intraday book, one day, by 15 minute block. The red bar is the hour that paid for everything else.
Find the one habit that loses you the most money.
Your own trades show it in 2 minutes,
even if you never kept a journal.
For intraday and F&O traders on any Indian broker. Upload the tradebook file your broker gives you. See your worst hour, your revenge trades and three rules to stop them.
Free. No card, no call. Upload the file and see your numbers in 2 minutes. The full report comes by email.
How it works
Download your tradebook from your broker. Two minutes, and we will show you where.
Upload the file here.
Read your report.
Drop your tradebook here
or drag it onto this panel
XLSX, XLS or CSV from any broker. Up to 10 MB.
Do not have the file yet? Find it here.
Download the tradebook, not the P&L statement. The report needs the time of each trade, and only the tradebook shows it.
Zerodha
Console, then Reports, then Tradebook. Pick the segment and dates, then download XLSX or CSV.
One year at a time. For a longer history, download each year separately.
Upstox
Upstox app, then My account, then Reports, then Trade report. Set the segment and dates, then download Excel.
Angel One
Angel One app, then Account, then Trades and charges, then Download trade history.
Groww
Profile, then Reports, then Transactions. Pick the report and the timeframe, then download.
Groww locks the file with your PAN. Open it and save an unlocked copy before uploading.
Fyers
Fyers app, then Reports, then Trade book. On FYERS One it is the Trade menu, or press F8.
Dhan
web.dhan.co, then the Profile icon, then Journal by Dhan, then Past Trades.
Dhan does not let you download past trades yet, only view them. If your Journal offers no file, there is nothing to upload from Dhan today.
ICICI Direct
Portfolio, then Other Statements and Reports, then Equity Transaction Statement.
On another broker? Open Reports or Statements and look for Tradebook, Trade report or Trade history. Any Indian stock broker usually works, because the page learns a new layout on the first upload.
What the report tells you
Your real numbers, not your memory.
Win rate, average win against average loss, and the exact hour of the day that takes the most money from you. Most traders are wrong about all three.
Your revenge trades, counted in rupees.
Every time you took three or more trades right after a loss. How often it happened. What that one habit cost you this year.
Three rules, written by your own data.
Plain arithmetic, not opinion. What your last 500 trades say you should stop doing on Monday.
Net for the day
+5,750
Nothing new before 10:00. Your first forty five minutes take the most.
Two losing blocks in a row and you are done for the day.
The trade after a loss is the one you size up. Halve it instead.
Sample report from one anonymised intraday book.

Why I built this
Almost every trader I meet can tell me their strategy. Almost none can tell me their average loss.
That gap is where the money goes.
You have tried to fix this before. You started a journal and stopped after nine days. You screenshotted a red day and promised yourself Monday would be different.
None of it held, because all of it needed you to be truthful at the exact moment you were angry. This does not. The file is already written. It cannot flatter you and it cannot forget.
Many traders I meet lose the most money in the same hour, on the same habit, every week, and never see it. I am not going to send you another strategy. You need to see your own trading clearly, once, with the numbers in front of you.
Before you ask
- Is this really free?
- Yes. No card, no call.
- Will you tell me what to buy?
- No. This is not advice and it is not a tip. It only reads what you already did.
- What if my results are bad?
- Then you are exactly who this is for.
- Who sees my trades?
- Your trades are used only to write your report. We never sell them, and we never ask for your broker login.
- Which brokers work?
- Zerodha and Angel files work, and so do files from most other Indian brokers. Dhan files work too, but Dhan does not let you download past trades today, so most Dhan users have no file to upload. Files from crypto exchanges do not work yet.
- How do I download my tradebook?
- The steps for seven brokers, with links, are right under the upload box. Whatever your broker calls it, download the tradebook or trade report, not the P&L statement.
- How many trades do I need?
- At least 30 round trips for the three rules. Export 3 to 6 months of trades to be safe.
- When does the full report arrive?
- The figures show on this page as soon as the file is read. The written diagnosis takes a few minutes and lands in your inbox.
You already paid for this data. You paid for it with every losing trade. Go and read it.
The habit does not pause while you think about it. It runs again tomorrow, at the same hour, for the same amount. The file on your broker already knows which hour. You are two minutes from reading it.
