This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use tradingwithsidhant.com, twsgurukulx.com, and our mobile applications (collectively, “the Platform”).

Affiliate program
The course site pays commission for the TWS affiliate program. We do not collect your PAN or bank details for it. If you message us on WhatsApp to claim a milestone reward, we see your WhatsApp number and the name on your account. We use them only to check your sales on the course site and to send your reward. We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, or as necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
