Affiliate Terms

Only people who have bought a TWS course can be affiliates.

You must be at least 18 years old. These terms apply to you when you register at twsgurukulx.com/affiliates. If someone shares a TWS affiliate link without registering, we pay nothing for those sales and we may switch off the link.

You earn a fixed rupee amount for each sale made through your link. The amounts are the rates published at twsgurukulx.com/affiliates. The rates include GST.

• Your friend pays the normal price of the course. There is no discount code and no bonus for the buyer.
• Lifetime linking is on. If a friend comes through your link, their later purchases of the four courses in the published rate table also count for you, at the published rate. Lifetime linking lasts only while the program and your account are active.
• Purchases of any other offer never earn commission. This includes the Hitpoint Live Club, the Algo Activation Kit and any future offer. Hitpoint Live purchases never earn commission.
• You earn nothing on your own purchase, or on a purchase that you pay for or fund for another person.
• One person can have one affiliate account.

You switch on your link yourself in the course site. Switching it on is not enough to be paid.

We pay commission only after you register at twsgurukulx.com/affiliates, accept these terms, and give us your PAN. We need your PAN before any payout.

If you register after you made sales, we pay commission on the kept sales from the 6 months before you registered, once you register and give your PAN. A balance you never claim lapses 12 months after the sale.

A sale is a purchase of a listed course through your link that we have been paid for in full. If a buyer pays in parts, commission becomes payable only once we have received the full price and the hold has passed. A kept sale is a sale that has passed its hold and was not refunded. We pay commission only on kept sales. The hold is the refund window plus time to process it:

• Crypto Mastery: 21 days
• Footprint Mastery: 21 days
• The Playbook: 45 days
• Stock Market Essentials: 21 days

A refunded sale or a charged back sale earns nothing. If we already paid you commission on a sale that is later refunded or charged back, we take that amount from your next payout. If there is no next payout, you repay the amount within 30 days of our request. We adjust TDS we already deposited as the law allows.

• We pay on the 10th of each month, for commission on kept sales.
• The minimum payout is ₹500. A smaller balance moves to the next month.
• We pay by bank transfer, in rupees, to a bank account in India. We cannot pay to accounts outside India.
• We pay from TagMango’s record of your sales. If you think the record is wrong, write to us and we will check it.

Under current law, we deduct TDS, the tax we must deduct, at 2% once your commission passes ₹20,000 in a financial year. We need your PAN before any payout.

If you are registered for GST, you must send us a GST invoice for your commission. The invoice must show the rate as the total, including GST. You are responsible for your own taxes. We do not give tax advice.

These rewards count kept sales only. You can earn each reward once.

• 3 kept sales: The Playbook or Stock Market Essentials free, for the one you do not own. If you own both, you get ₹2,500 in cash.
• 10 kept sales: ₹10,000 in cash, or Crypto Mastery free if you do not own it.
• 25 kept sales: the Partner rate on every later sale, and a one-time ₹25,000 in cash.

We pay the Partner rate as a top-up at your payout. A course reward is course access, not cash. Cash is paid only where this section says cash. Milestone rewards, both cash and course access, count toward your yearly total for tax and may attract TDS. We may deduct that TDS from a cash reward, or ask you to pay it before we give a course reward.

You may tell people about the course and share your link. You promote the course. You never give advice.

• Start every post with “Ad:” and one plain line that says you earn a commission. This must be on the post itself, not only in a bio or a comment.
• Every Crypto Mastery post must also carry this exact text: “Crypto products and NFTs are unregulated and can be highly risky. There may be no regulatory recourse for any loss from such transactions.”
• Every post with a link must carry the Ad line and the line “Education only. Not investment advice.”
• In a live stream, the Ad label must stay on screen the whole time.
• Say only what is true about the course. Use the facts on our sales pages.

A sale that comes from a post that breaks section 8 or section 9 earns nothing.

You must never:

• Claim any profit, income or returns, for yourself or for anyone else
• Post P&L screenshots, or say things like “my students made Rs X”
• Give buy or sell calls, targets or stop losses
• Name a stock or an index, with price data from the last 30 days, in a way that hints at its future price
• Spam people, or send messages to people who did not ask
• Use fake urgency, such as false deadlines or false limits
• Push loans or credit, or press anyone to borrow money to buy
• Run paid ads of any kind, for now
• Bid on our names or brands in search ads
• Use coupon sites or deal sites
• Write fake reviews
• Pretend to be TWS or a member of our team
• Target people under 18
• Use the Hitpoint Live name, or promote in Hitpoint groups
• Say or hint that TWS is SEBI registered or approved

If you break a rule for the first time and the break is minor, we withhold the commission from the sales linked to the post that broke the rule, and we ask you to remove the post within 24 hours. If a break is serious or repeated, we keep all your unpaid commission and close your affiliate account. We may also switch off your link.

We may change, pause or end the program, or end any affiliate account, at any time. For a rate change, we give 30 days notice on twsgurukulx.com/affiliates, except where a law or a regulator requires a faster change. A sale made before a change keeps the old rate.

You can stop at any time. Kept sales you earned under these terms are still paid, unless you broke a rule.

When you register, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, email, the course you bought, where you share your link, an optional page link, and your PAN.

When we pay you, we also collect your bank account details and your full legal name, because tax filing needs them. We use this to run the program, pay you, and deduct and report TDS. Only our team, the people who help us pay and file tax, and our service providers can see it. These providers are our website and form host, our workflow and data storage provider, our email provider, and an internal messaging tool for staff alerts. You are not our employee, agent or partner. You cannot make promises for TWS or speak for us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading With Sidhant LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from the affiliate program. Our total liability is limited to the commission due to you and not yet paid.

You cover our losses, fines and reasonable legal costs that are caused by your breach of these terms or of the law.

These terms follow the laws of India. We first try to settle a dispute by talking. If it is not settled in 30 days, the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Our main Terms & Conditions also apply.
